Our own laboratory analysis, which will accompany each shipment, provides the information on these oils and compounds that you need for brewing. Next, through proper packaging in vacuum sealed, nitrogen flushed, oxygen barrier bags, our hops will be stored and delivered in a manner that maximizes shelf life. One strength of the Atlantic Grower Program is that it can foster communication between grower and brewer. We can discuss options such as planting special varieties by request, and brewers can actually visit the farm where their hops are growing.
