Munich malt undergoes higher kilning temperatures than pale malt. The resulting malt will give a full malty flavour and aroma, and an orange-amber colour. Small amounts added to the mash-in grist will improve the malty flavour.

Recommended Maximum Usage: Up to 100%, 1-2 pounds in a 5 gallon batch for added maltiness and colour.
